This week’s Summer Flashback is to tell us your favorite childhood friend (real or imaginary).
Cathy and I became friends when she moved across the street from us in 5th grade! Seven years later we had this picture taken while doing our senior portraits. College separated us with quite a distance but we remained friends. I still enjoy talking with Cathy on Facebook but we haven’t seen each other in many years. Someday we hope to reconnect over dinner.

My best friend was Susie. I remembe having my first sleep over at her house.
Isn’t it great how we still remember those friends?
I still have some contact with my friends from middle/high school but my really good friend was from 3rd grade until I left schools in 7th grade. Somehow we lost touch:( I keep wanting to look her up!
Cathy and I don’t talk much but we always have great intentions of getting together. I would try and look her up Nichol…you never know, you might find her on FB!
