I have made so many friends just by visiting them every Friday.

My Question for you…

When do the kids go back to school in your town/city?

We go back on September 5th.  It feels like it’s sooner than that and I know it will come quick!  Emily has all her school supplies and clothes.  Just need to work on Brad’s clothes.  He is good to go with his supplies though. :)

    Princess Nagger starts next Wednesday (August 22nd) – I’d prefer it if she went back the Tuesday after Labor Day like I did when I was a kid…but the last day is May 31st, so I guess it’s a trade-off. :)

    My son goes back the day after Labor Day – Michigan law requires public schools to wait until after Labor Day to begin.

      Yahoo! That has always been the way WA is. Always after Labor Day. School is suppose to get out on the 13th of June which is really early for us. Here’s hoping to not very many make up days. :)

    My 2nd grader on the August 10

    Baby girl’s first kindergarten day was today. I bawled. Oy!

    I’m not shaking so much as before, but yea. Not a good sight. Oy.

      Ah, it is so hard when the last one goes into Kindergarten! I remember that same day. Especially when my son wouldn’t get on the bus because he was scared. A couple days later, he was riding the bus with ease! :)

    Alex has pre-school and starts Sept 4. it is only 2 days a week but that is my “me” time… well sometimes it is my “me” time LOL :)

      I love “me” time! Gotta have it. I will only get 2 days a week now with the new job but I will probably enjoy them more than I do the 5 days a week.

    Scotty starts on the 4th! My little sisters birthday :) Easy to remember! I’m excited for him, but I’m also starting to get emotional about it…my baby is starting Kindergarten! It went by too fast.

    Many of our public schools already have a week under their belts, but my little one will start pre-school on August 29 . They certainly grow up too fast!
