BTS Shopping At The Tacoma Mall – $50 Gift Card Giveaway!!!

With school starting here on September 5th, I decided we needed to do some back to school shopping.  This year I am trying something a little different, by taking the kids shopping separately.  It alleviates the grumbling from my 9 year old son when his sister has to try on, yet another, pair of jeans.

So Emily, her best friend and I started our BTS shopping.  Tacoma Mall has a great selection of stores, especially for my middle schooler!

We started out at Tilly’s, which is a fairly new store to the Tacoma Mall.  What a great selection for all ages.  We tried on their Soda shoes which had a great price point of $9.97-$19.99.  Not only did we find cute clothes but some fun jewelry and accessories.

Our next stop was Justice.  They were having my favorite special of 40% off the entire store!  Here are the girls with their matching initial backpacks and calculators.

As we made our way down the mall, we HAD to stop in at Old Navy.  They were having their BTS sale on jeans.  $10 jeans are hard to beat, so we stocked up with FOUR pairs!!  (Now I need to get my son to Old Navy for the same sale.)

Nordstrom is a “must stop” for me…one of my favorite stores!  I ended up with zero packages but Emily came away with her favorite shoes…a pair of navy blue TOMS.   I love the fact that TOMS donates a pair of shoes to someone in need for every pair purchased.   If you have never tried them, check them out…I am a huge TOMS fan…so comfortable!

By this point we had worked up an appetite for frozen yogurt.  Here are the girls enjoying their special treat.

We were halfway through the mall so decided to head back and hit the stores on the other side of the mall.  We scored at Aeropostale.   Emily loves their shirts, they are long  and available in XS’s, so she can wear the cute trendy clothes.  As a mom, I was pleasantly surprised at their reasonable prices.  Emily walked away with 8 shirts and a belt for $60!

Forever 21 was a fun store to walk through.  The girls would have spent hours looking at all their accessories (which have fantastic price points) if I would have let them.

To add to our girl’s day, I let them do some photo booth shots…you should have heard the giggles coming from the booth.  They didn’t know it but I was able to see all the shots from the outside of the booth.  Here is one I caught with my camera!

We walked in Tacoma Mall without having starting our school clothes shopping and came out with EVERYTHING she needed!  YAY!!
