On January 1st, I got on the scale and cried. I hadn’t seen a number that high EVER. In that very moment, I decided I needed to take some action. I started tracking my calories and started exercising. On February 20th, a new friend talked me into coming and working out with her. We had so much fun as we sweated to a video called Hip Hop Abs. That night I joined a 90 day challenge and became committed! Exercising has become part of my life now along with healthier eating!
