Aloha Friday – Hours of Sleep?

Welcome to Aloha Friday! After a week of craziness, it’s nice to have a little downtime like Aloha Friday. On Aloha Friday, each blogger asks a simple question. We link up at An Island Life, visit everyone who links up and answer their simple questions. A super fun way to meet some wonderful bloggers. I have made so many friends just by visiting them every Friday.

My Question for you…

How many hours do you sleep every night?

I am still trying to catch up from all the fun I had last weekend being away from home.  Being tired before I left, really didn’t help.  I usually go to bed at 11:30 p.m. and am up at 6:30 a.m. during the week.  My answer would be 7 hours…and I always squeeze more in on the weekends!

Have a great weekend!

  1. Hmmmm… about 6 maybe less. I like to read at night so it I can’t put it down I’m up really late ;)

  2. I try to get at least 6 hours of sleep, but lately I’ve been getting to bed too late and end up with between 4 and 5…no wonder I’ve been sleepy lately! :)

  3. I don’t want to jinx myself but lately it’s been 7 plus which is amazing for me!!

  4. mostly 7 to 8 hours a day

  5. I get about 5 or 6 hours of sleep a day.

  6. I’m someone who needs to get 7-9 hours every night no matter how early I go to bed.

  7. Wow. you are so good!
    I go to bed LATE/EARLY.

    1am, 2am and wake up at 6am.

    Sometimes I fall asleep at 11pm, 10pm etc :)

    Happy weekend.

  8. Probably average around 6-7 hours. Lately though, we’ve been going to sleep earlier than normal and I love it. It feels so good to turn off the tv and get to sleep early for a change. My high schoolers have to be up at 5:15 a.m. so my alarm goes off pretty early every morning.

4-5 hours and it’s never enough

  10. Not enough! The more birthdays I have the harder I’m finding it is to sleep good. Last night it was 2am before I finally fell asleep but I was still wide awake at 6:30 am. That’s actually later than I normally wake up. ;)
