Sensa – Month Two Results

Okay, I have to admit I had big expectations for my second month of Sensa.  During the first month I lost 6 pounds so I figured I would lose about the same.  It definitely was not the products fault…it was all ME!  It was last month and I started out strong and lost 2 pounds early in the month.  Once the holiday dinners, celebrations and treats came in to play I had a harder time staying on track.  Yes, it is very easy to use but I felt funny taking my Sensa shaker out with me.  (I am funny like that.)

Sensa is a great product and it works in keeping your appetite in check.  The flavorless “Tastant” crystals help curb your appetite between meals and I did not feel hungry at all.  I have had friends ask me if the crystals taste like anything.  I did not try them alone and the first few meals I added them to had a very subtle flavor.  I can’t really describe the taste but I could tell something was on there.  Once you use it regularly, you don’t notice any flavor at all.

Sensa Weight Loss System Review

The first time I heard about Sensa was from a representative for the Weight-Loss System.  The very next day I was watching Regis and Kelly and saw this segment of Kelly talking about Sensa.  She made me laugh but she was stating the obvious.  How can you sprinkle a “magic powder” on your food and lose weight?

I was given the opportunity to try it myself and thought “What do I have to lose?”  (except some weight…lol!)   I am happy to report after Month 1, I am down 6 pounds.  I have not changed my eating habits or exercise.   It is simple to use;  sprinkle the sweet crystals on your sweet foods and the salty crystals on your salty foods.    What I noticed the most was that I wasn’t hungry between meals.  I felt satisfied with the amount I ate for each meal.

Here is a brief description on how the Sensa Weight loss System works:

Sensa has a few more products to help assist with your weight loss.   One is a drink called Sensa Quench in Berry Splash.   An energy-packed vitamin drink that’s a blast of berry freshness.   The first time I drank it, I thought it was pretty tart.  But after a few times, it tasted more like lemonade and I enjoyed it.   There are also the Sensa Chews in Berry Burst or Chocolate Fudge.  I tried the Berry Burst and must admit, these are not my favorite but if I am craving something sweet, I will have one in between meals.

The system is simple and effortless.  I will begin Month 2 on December 1st and I am looking forward to seeing how the system works during the holidays.  (Unrelated, I am reviewing an exercise DVD during the month also, so will be getting in a bit more activity.)
